Paralegal

Marissa joined Kruger Law in 2015, having previously worked with Trent Wakerley for seven years at Schultz Toomey O’Brien Lawyers.

Marissa continues to work alongside Trent as a Paralegal in Wills and Estates.  Marissa has developed significant experience in:

  • preparing simple Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.
  • Estate Administration matters including the preparation and lodgement of Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration Applications with the Supreme Court of Queensland and ensuring accurate distributions to beneficiaries.

Marissa is passionate about Wills & Estates and receives regular compliments on her ability to make clients feel at ease.  Her bright and happy disposition and considerable understanding of this specialist area of law makes Marissa a highly valued member of the Kruger Law team.

2024 is an exciting year for Marissa as she nears completion of her Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Southern Queensland with a view to being admitted as a solicitor by the end of the year.  In her spare time Marissa is very involved with her young family – she is married with two young sons. She also enjoys playing club soccer, coaching junior soccer and spending time with friends and family.
