Marissa joined Kruger Law in 2015, having previously worked at Schultz Toomey O’Brien Lawyers with Trent Wakerley for seven years.
Marissa continues to work alongside Trent as his Wills and Estates Paralegal assisting clients in preparing simple Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and/or Advance Health Directives.
She is also responsible for the preparation and lodgement of Grant of Probate and/or Letters of Administration Applications with the Supreme Court of Queensland and assisting clients in simple estate administration matters.
Marissa is also studying her Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Southern Queensland which she expects to complete in 2023.
Her bright and happy disposition and considerable understanding of this specialist area of law makes Marissa a highly valued member of the Kruger Law team.
